SCWF is an efed that uses both promos and match RPs. For example, you may post a promo about your match and then do RPs during the match. Although they are encouraged, promos are not mandatory. Say you post a promo but your opponent does not. The promo you post may help or hinder your chances of a better outcome. Like if it's an awesome promo, it'll obviously help, but if it's a crappy promo, you'll probably lose a few points.
Now, when posting promos and RPs, try to follow a few guidelines. First, don't bundle everything in one paragraph. It makes it seem uninteresting. Second, use different colors, italics, bolds, underlines, and even just plain capital letters to spice up your RP a bit. Third, be descriptive. Talk about the crowds reaction, talk about your superstars' facial expression, don't be boring and say, "The Miz walks out to the ring and grabs a mic." That is an example of a terrible RP.
Above were just guidelines, here are rules.
1. No Flaming. (Insulting)
2. Show Sportsmanship. (Pretty Strait-Forward)
3. Be realistic. (Daniel Bryan cannot suplex Mark Henry)
4. After 24 hours, if someone doesn't post in their match, their opponent reserves the right to post again. (Rule applies 12 hours after entrances to get the match started)
5. 48 hours after no posting gives your opponent ability to PM me and ask permission to make a victory post.
6. After 24 and 48 hours, even if your opponent didn't double, triple, or victory post, you could still be given a lower score.
7. When you want to finish off your opponent, you may pin them and have the ref say, "ONE. . . .TWO. . . ." You could also put an opponent in a submission manuever and say to the ref, "Ask him," or, "Ask her." I would post next and say, "Three," or, "Tap Out," for a win or, "Kickout," or, "Escape," to keep the match going.
8. Have fun.
